Our mission is to develop leadership qualities, encourage self-advocacy, and empower young Black and Brown girls to boldly embrace their potential and stand up for themselves and. others. We work to establish a welcoming environment where girls may flourish, break down barriers, and develop into the self-assured, compassionate leaders of tomorrow via mentoring, educational support, and community involvement.
